Futura Corporation, a Boise based holding company, desired to have a new manufacturing facility for one of their companies (Image National) which is a national manufacturer and installer of signs and graphics. After exploring the cost of doing a greenfield build-to-suit, Futura decided it was too expensive.

RMC turned its focus to available existing warehouse properties and found one that we ultimately acquired, renovated, brought up to ADA, Fire Code and the Energy Code at approximately 65% of the market rent for a new greenfield manufacturing facility.

This savings achieved through the RMC approach allowed Image National to expand its operations while keeping its fixed costs down.
