Operations & Financial Coordinator
Ari provides general operational support to each department across the organization, with primary focus on Accounts Payable, financial administration, and process improvement. With more than 25 years of accounting experience spanning the residential and commercial mortgage industries, she brings a strong background in financial operations, vendor management, workflow optimization, and cross-department collaboration. Ari is recognized for her attention to detail, organization skills, and commitment to supporting efficient business operations.

Ari lives in Boise, Idaho with her husband, Richard. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and outdoor adventures, including running, cycling, hiking, camping, and backpacking.
