Former home of the Cole Elementary School was redeveloped into a mixed-use development. We purchased 6.39 Acres and subdivided it into 4 pads. This process involved adding utilities, curb cuts, gutter, sidewalks, and landscaping to each pad. We have developed a Bluebird Express Car Wash and a Primary Health on 2 of the pads.
