Purchased 7 acres of land that was deemed undevelopable for commercial use. We worked with the title company to receive an endorsement to allow commercial use, as well as subdivided this lot into 7 development ready pads which includes utilities stubbed to each site with an internal drive aisle. We negotiated access with ITD and the Nampa Highway District to ensure multiple access points off each main road.
