Longhorn Acres

Purchased 11 Acres and subdivided with the City of Emmett into 11 approved parcels. Site work included rerouting irrigation canals, installing utility stubs to each pad, landscaping along Highway 16, and installing a common area drive aisle. This is a two phase project. Phase 1 is completed and consists of 7 finished pads. Phase 2 includes the buildout of the 4 remaining pads, a traffic signal off Highway 16, and the buildout of a major collector road to connect Highway 16 to 12th Street.
