As an Owner’s Representative, Ben works closely with the Rocky Mountain development team to coordinate with clients, consultants, and municipalities to ensure our projects are delivered on time and on budget. He is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, overseeing project design, plan preparation, & permitting, as well as managing the contractors in the field to ensure a quality finished product is delivered to our clients. Ben also holds and active architectural license in the State of Idaho and can use that expertise during all phases of our projects.

Prior to joining Rocky Mountain Companies, Ben was a project manager for a national commercial real estate developer in Scottsdale, AZ. During his four years in Arizona, he managed the acquisition, design, permitting, and construction of over 50 completed commercial projects. These totaled over 750,000SF of leasable space, with a created value of over $250,000,000.

Ben and his wife, Skylar, both grew up in the Boise area, and met at the University of Idaho. They enjoy spending their free time with family and friends, as well as traveling and exploring this great world. Fun fact, Ben has an Idaho Pioneer Certificate with family ancestors dating back to the original Idaho Pioneers prior to 1890.
