Dakota has a decade of experience in construction and design. In that time, he has worked as a project manager from the architectural side of things and a design manager from the construction perspective. These experiences have given him a distinctive comprehension of how successful projects unfold.

As one of Rocky Mountain’s Owner’s Representatives, Dakota facilitates project coordination and execution. This includes overseeing plan preparation and submittal, coordinating architects and engineers, overseeing bids and contract assignment, entitlements and even some design work as it is needed.

Dakota and his wife, Katie, have four children. They enjoy going on adventures that allow them to have new experiences. Whether it’s a new place to eat or a jungle waterfall, no escapade is too small or big for them.
