EXPRESS CAR WASHES

RMC partnered with legendary car wash operator, Bill Martin to create the most successful car wash brand in Idaho, “Metro Express”. Together we opened Metro Express locations in Meridian and Nampa, with wild success. These two locations “redefined” the standard for an “Exterior Express” car wash by processing volumes only seen by 1% of all car washes in the nation. RMC’s expertise in acquiring and developing real estate combined with Bill Martin’s precision in execution has created a strategic team that has created an avenue to diversify capital allocation while maintaining above average returns. Our strategic partnership is currently looking to expand our success in other markets.
